Hot Yoga ::
This 90 minute class is for everyone from the very beginner to the advanced student. Everyone practices this disciplined series of 26 asana (each done twice) at their own level of ability. The disciplined nature of this class is to positively encourage you to challenge your own limits.

This 90 minute class allows the instructor to express their own creative sequencing. This class is beginner friendly, however advanced options are given to satisfy all levels of ability.
